Who we are

Olive & Halo makes Christian paintings of the people and pets you love, from your own photos.

Why we exist

When someone we love is gone, or far away, or out there keeping others safe, we want to keep them close. A photo shows how they looked. A painting can show what we believe, that they are held, watched over and at peace.

So we paint them into the scenes that comfort people most: in Jesus' arms, walking through Christmas in Heaven, running to the Rainbow Bridge, guarded by an angel, under Mary's mantle, blessed at their baptism, each one with your loved one's own face.

What our name means

The olive branch is a sign of peace and of new life: the dove brought it back to Noah after the flood. The halo is the light of Heaven. Together they stand for what we hope every painting gives you, peace and light.

How we work

Our paintings are made with the help of modern image tools, and finished with human care. We choose every scene, check every face, and only print what looks like your loved one.

What we will never do

• Use your photos for anything but your paintings, or show them anywhere without asking you.
• Show fake "was" prices, fake countdown timers or made-up reviews.
• Make you pay before you have seen your painting.
