Our promise

Here is exactly what we promise you, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. You see it before you pay

We paint 4 versions of your loved one for free. You only pay for the one you love. If none feel right, you leave and pay nothing. No card needed to try.

2. A real person checks every face

Before any painting prints, a person on our team compares it with your photo. If the likeness is off, we fix it first, or write to you. If it still doesn't look like them, we refund you.

3. If it arrives damaged, we make it right

If your painting arrives damaged, has a print fault, or isn't the painting or size you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send it back.

4. If it gets lost, we send a new one

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your painting never arrives, write to us and we send a new one at no cost.

5. You can change your mind before it prints

You can cancel for a full refund, or change the size, frame, words or address, until your order goes to print. Most orders go to print within 24 hours, so write to us as soon as you can.

6. Your photos stay private

We use your photo only to paint the paintings you asked for, and we delete it as soon as they are made. We never sell your photos or paintings, and we never use them in ads or on our website without asking you first. Full details are in our privacy policy.

7. Honest prices, honest reviews

No fake "was" prices, no countdown timers that reset, and no made-up reviews. The price you see is the price, and the reviews you will see here come from real customers.

The fine print lives in our refund policy, shipping policy and terms.
