Do I pay before I see the painting?
No. Upload a photo and we paint 4 versions for free. You only pay for the one you choose. If none feel right, you pay nothing.
I'm not good with technology. Is it hard?
If you can send a photo by text, you can do this. Tap Create my painting, pick a photo from your phone or computer, and we do the rest. Stuck? Email support@oliveandhalo.com and a person will help.
What kind of photo works best?
One clear photo where the face is toward the camera, in good light, without sunglasses. Old or slightly blurry photos often work too: try it, it's free.
What if it doesn't look like them?
A person checks every face before it prints. If it doesn't look like them, we redo it or refund you.
How long does delivery take?
We print in your own country (US, UK, Canada and Australia). Most paintings arrive in 1–2 weeks: 2–5 business days to print and frame after we check your painting, then 3–8 to deliver. You get a tracking link by email.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Put their address at checkout and we ship straight to them.
What do I get?
Your painting printed on gallery-wrapped canvas over a wooden frame, or set in a floating frame in black, white, espresso or natural.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send it back.
Is Olive & Halo a real company?
Yes. Every painting is made to order, checked by a person on our team and printed by our print partners in your country. Payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. Questions go to support@oliveandhalo.com and a person answers, usually within one business day.
